Booking & Appointments
Booking Process
All repairs must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and tracking ID.
Appointment Confirmation
Bookings require email confirmation. Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled after 24 hours.
Doorstep Service Requirements
For doorstep repairs, you must provide a safe and accessible location. The device owner or authorized representative must be present during the repair.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions.

Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage:
Software issues, OS installation, data recovery
Screen replacements, battery replacements
Motherboard repairs, charging ports, speakers
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Physical damage after repair (drops, water damage)
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
